The check-in process was frustrating, as there was no one at the reception and it took a long time for someone to arrive. the lack of cleanliness was disappointing, with dirty sheets and towels in the room.

Stayed at a "luxurious" hotel, but the WiFi was so terrible I could have sent a carrier pigeon faster. At least the staff was nowhere to be found when I needed help.

This hotel in Patong is a great find at an amazing price! The staff here were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. They were knowledgeable about the local area and could recommend plenty of things to do and see. The location is also a major plus, with it being within walking distance to the beach and Bangla Road, and there are markets nearby too. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. I particularly loved having a balcony to relax on after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.

Amazing value for money - rooms were spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the beach, with restaurants and a 7/11 right next door. Complimentary water and coffee in the room, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable.

It was an exhausting experience to climb all the way to the top floor, especially with no elevator available. the room I was given, although supposedly "new", was unfinished, with shabby paint and no decoration.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the beach and various restaurants in the area. The room was well-maintained and clean, with no broken fixtures. the price was very reasonable, making it a great value for the money. I also enjoyed having access to the hotel swimming pool.

The staff was difficult to reach, as there was no reception on site. Communication was a challenge, particularly as the English proficiency of some staff members was limited.

The rooms at Tj Patong Hotel - Sha Plus were amazing! They had everything we needed - air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot days, a cozy seating area to relax, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The private bathroom was clean and stocked with free toiletries. The best part? The room had its own private entrance, giving us a sense of privacy and convenience. We absolutely loved it!

While everything was perfect, we personally didn't use the balcony in our double room. But hey, that's just our preference, and I'm sure others would enjoy it!
